Loans are a stressful process at best!  You need someone to guide you through the maize of paperwork and regulations who is honest and works hard.  Financing affects more than just a loan to buy or refinance a home – it needs to be structured with YOUR goals in mind!  I am committed to helping my borrowers realize their long-term goals so that their home loan fits into the big picture.  Too often, lenders are just about getting the loan rather than LISTENING to what the borrower really wants to accomplish.  In my 45 plus years’ experience in the industry I’ve seen just about every loan scenario and know how to structure your loan to get you to the closing table at the best terms possible!
