Austin has grown remarkably within the industry. He graduated from Walla Walla University with a degree in Finance and brings with him experience in investment banking and providing compassionate service to his clients. They will love working with him because he creates a positive atmosphere and inspires creativity for he and his clients to work together. At 19 years old, he left college to become a missionary and a school teacher for a year in a small third-world country. This sparked his passion for service and an appreciation for the opportunity to help others own a home. He hopes to share that privilege with as many people as possible.
He is married to his best friend, Lauren, and prides himself a Super fan of the Trailblazers and Oakland Raiders. Outside of work he enjoys staying active by: weight lifting, running, hiking, and shooting hoops.

“Austin was brilliant from start to finish. He helped us figure out our financial situation and made it clear and easy for us to make informed decisions. He was always available for any questions and guidance through the whole process and, being first-time home buyers, it was very helpful and comforting to know we were in great hands.”

“We want to thank Austin for helping us through this refinancing experience. We are very pleased with the outcome! This process can be very frustrating and downright nonsensical at times. Austin’s patience, knowledge, and understanding were crucial in our acceptance of the process and clear satisfaction in the result. He is the key to our not dropping the whole thing, which we would have regretted. We were not shy in telling him about the positive experience we had in the past when working with his father and we both feel that Austin has more than filled his father’s shoes in meeting our expectations. Thank you, Austin, for stepping up and stepping beyond our expectations!”
– Robert G.
“Austin and his team were great to work with, we felt like we could contact them with any concerns we had and they kept us informed about our loan throughout the way! Good job, Guys!”

Frequently Asked Questions
The total number of properties you may look at will depend on several factors, such as your budget and the housing availability in your area. In general, real estate agents recommend that homebuyers look at several properties before making a decision, but there is not an exact number. Most people look at 10 homes, at a minimum, so they can compare them. However, you may find the dream house with more or fewer searches.
When it comes to the best home buying tips, there are different ways to search for properties. Statistics from the National Association of REALTORS® reveal that 51 percent of buyers searched and found their homes on the internet, while 30 percent used real estate agents. Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. A small percentage of homebuyers used newspaper advertisements and yard or open house signs to search for homes.
Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
