About Me
I am true Native Oregonian, growing up in Portland, graduating from Gresham High School, “Go Gophers”, then moved to West Linn. After our two sons graduated from High School we decided to move to Eugene where we have lived for the past 21 years and calling Eugene our Home. Eugene has so much to offer with the small community feel, outdoor lifestyle and Oh Yes, a lot less traffic.
My husband Mike and I have two grown sons and four grandchildren “two boys and two girls” which are my Life.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. What a lot of people don’t know about me is that I owned a Real Estate Company in Portland and Sold Real Estate. With having the knowledge in both industries, it’s been an added benefit to help with my client’s needs. When I started my career in both industries I told myself to always treat my clients how I would want to be treated and have always stayed true to that. As an experienced and dedicated senior mortgage advisor, it is my duty and responsibility to ensure you fully understand the home financing options I can offer you. This is crucial to ensure you are making the best choice for you, your financial situation to meet your long and short term financial goals. A home is the largest purchase most people make in their lives.
I enjoy traveling, fishing, gourmet cooking, spending time with family and friends in our outdoor structure barbecuing and sitting around the fireplace or firepit enjoying each other’s company. Of course, my all-time favorite thing to do is spending time with my grand-kids just doing anything.

Frequently Asked Questions
The total number of properties you may look at will depend on several factors, such as your budget and the housing availability in your area. In general, real estate agents recommend that homebuyers look at several properties before making a decision, but there is not an exact number. Most people look at 10 homes, at a minimum, so they can compare them. However, you may find the dream house with more or fewer searches.
When it comes to the best home buying tips, there are different ways to search for properties. Statistics from the National Association of REALTORS® reveal that 51 percent of buyers searched and found their homes on the internet, while 30 percent used real estate agents. Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. A small percentage of homebuyers used newspaper advertisements and yard or open house signs to search for homes.
Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
