About Me

Since 1996 I have focusing on helping home buyers and real estate investors with their real estate financing goals. As an active real estate investor myself, I leverage my mortgage lending experience to assist investors with Slow Flip Contract for Deed transactions for their tenants ~ tenants who are on the path to qualifying for a mortgage and  homeownership!

Throughout the years I have been recognized as a Top Originator and experienced resource for real estate investors.  I love helping buyers and investors make informed real estate decisions.

My wife Janet and I spend much of our time with our three very active sons. We enjoy traveling, football, basketball and golf. As one of our sons completed treatment for leukemia a few years ago, we actively support the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and the Hopekids organization.

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
