There is no shortage of mortgage lenders competing for your business, but despite advancements in technology, the mortgage process remains an invasive & often daunting experience for most Borrowers. Not all mortgage lenders are equal in helping you navigate this experience. Chris has been helping Arizonans with their mortgage needs for over 21 years. She strives to treat every Borrower as though they are family by listening to their goals, explaining their options, and guiding them through the mortgage process. It is her highest priority to offer a high level of customer service with quick response times and a high attention to detail to ensure her Borrowers and their Realtors are informed and confident of an on-time closing.

Chris grew up in Seattle but moved to Arizona to attend A.S.U., where she graduated with a degree in Psychology. While in college she met her husband, Jason (a native of Arizona). They married in 1996 and have 3 children: Emily, Jaxon, and Cate. Chris enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, watching her youngest daughter compete with her dance team, traveling, and cheering on ASU & the Arizona Cardinals football teams.

Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
