Dana has over 35 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. With 15 years in the Title Insurance and Escrow business, he has the added knowledge of the overall real estate process. His expertise in both sides of the process gives him an a distinct advantage when closing loans for his clients. Dana uses this skill to anticipate potential difficulties and alleviate them prior to ever being a problem.

Dana has personally closed over $2 Billion in residential mortgage loans, which gives him the extensive product knowledge of complicated transactions including first time home buyer programs, jumbo loans, less than perfect credit, construction loans, and reverse mortgages.

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
