About Me

I am Daniel Snoey, a native of the Pacific Northwest. I grew up in Camas, WA where I earned a full-ride athletic scholarship for golf to the University of Portland with a degree in Business Administration.

I have been in the residential lending industry since 2012. I am currently serving my customers with the help of Finance of America Mortgage. I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, California and Arizona. I take it upon myself to ensure competitive financing is secured for all of my clients. Buying or refinancing a home is a major event and my goal is to provide the best possible experience. This includes, educating borrowers on financing options and assisting clients whose real estate experience ranges from first time homebuyers to sophisticated investors.

How many properties should I look at?

What is the best way to search for homes?

Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
