Garrick has been in banking and finance industry for over 15 years in various roles, including leadership, management, analysis, and many other capacities. He has acquired an adept level of experience in financial lending practices, including being extremely skilled and sophisticated with commercial and residential loan structuring for real estate acquisitions and refinances. He has a preeminent knowledge of local and regional (commercial and residential) real estate markets acquired through several years of specific training for real estate valuations. Garrick has a track record and continues to be proficient with identifying market opportunities and remarkably gifted at seeing the big picture. He has been a volunteer as a basketball coach for the Charlotte Phoenix; a big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sister, and Habitat for Humanity. He has also been involved as a political activist for several causes in which he remains dedicated. He maintains a tremendous passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership and investment goals. Garrick is an individual that has continued to strive and work with great diligence each day to be a better person, to better serve his community, his family and to continue to be a moral and model example for his children.
