Jerry Spence is the Sales Manager of the Finance of America Mortgage office in Sewell, NJ. He is responsible for working hand in hand with our clients and keeping them well informed and satisfied through the duration of the loan process. He is a south jersey resident and has been in the mortgage business for 15 years. Finance of America Mortgage for 10 years and he specializes in residential lending from investors to first time home buyers. They offer Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and 203K loans for fixer uppers. They also provide their buyers with a Free One Year Home Warranty at closing!

Jerry grew up in South Philadelphia for 15 years then moved to Washington Township, NJ. Graduated High School in 2000 and shortly after that he got right into the mortgage business. Jerry is a husband and a father. He has been married for 12 years and has a step-son and a daughter, 18 and 12. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with him family, supporting his local sports teams, the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers.
