Jason Seibel is a Sr. Mortgage Advisor with Finance of America.  For 18 years, Jason has helped families “win” by showing them how make the dream of home ownership a reality.  Jason’s focus is always the client first. “<em>My mission is to deliver 5-star service, and you know you are doing it well, when you are able to create a large network of clients and referral partners</em>”.  Jason earned an MBA degree in Technology Management.  He has formal training in financial analysis, consulting, and project management.

Jason lives in Wilsonville with his wife Larisa and two children Lauryn &amp; Jarrod.  Jason has served on several non-profit boards.  He believes in the power of youth sports to teach life lessons such as teamwork, work ethic, and perseverance.  Jason and Larisa have raised over $200,000 for youth programs in the Portland metro area.   Jason is a licensed mortgage originator in the states of Oregon, Washington, and California.

Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
