Today’s senior market is dynamic and growing. The reverse mortgages have seen many changes over the last few years and are complex mortgages. Jim is able to understand the senior market and take the complexities of today’s reverse mortgages and explain them in understandable terms. In addition, Jim works to insure his client’s structure a reverse mortgage to meet their needs today and for their lifetime.

Jim believes in a team approach in his offering of reverse mortgages. He is available to meet with clients in their home and/or to meet with family members and other professionals (their financial advisor, for example), to insure the client is getting the best product for the fulfillment of their goals.

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
