I have been fortunate enough to live and work in a community that I love for the past 32 years. I work very hard to provide my clients the best home loan available. I specialize in 1-4-unit residential home loans, refinances, & reverse mortgages.

I am very proud to be a Veteran and was the President of the Board of Directors for the Nevada County Food Bank for years. I am also currently a Grass Valley Rotarian and contribute to many other entities in the community. I was Citizen of The Year in 2008 and Affiliate of The Year in 2015.

How many properties should I look at?

What is the best way to search for homes?

Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
