Purchasing a home is an exciting milestone in one’s life, but it can be stressful.  My 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry will ensure you are in capable hands during the financing process.  My goal is educate you as a buyer on the today’s market, provide you with all your loan program options and ensure you have all the appropriate information make the best financial decision for your family.    I grew up in the small town of Hilbert on a dairy farm & believe that is where I get my work ethic & dedication from. In the mortgage industry there really aren’t days off just like farming.  When I’m not giving people money, I enjoy time with my beautiful family which includes my wife, Kimberly, 8 year old son, Roland & 12 year old daughter, Illa. Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
