About Me

Providing Great Service is not a mystery. I find it is an overused term in today’s fast passed helter-skelter community.

It begins with showing up, answering the phone, returning emails and making every effort to be available during the work day. Great service is accomplished one client one step at a time.

The home buying process can and should be an enjoyable experience. It begins with preparation; involving a phone conversations and a pre-approval. Even the most qualified client should take 30 minutes in total to complete this process. It will give you the head start if some item requires further follow-up and correction. This first step can guarantee an enjoyable no stress home financing experience.

All of my life I have worked in the service industry. It is a privilege and deeply moving to see my client move into their new home. It is more than just completing a transaction it is real life in real time and I am grateful to be part of the process.

The people at Finance of America Mortgage are the best I have ever worked with; they are driven to complete your financing on time and with-in the terms first presented. This starts at the top and works its-way down thru the entire company’s performance and attitude. The transaction is more than a loan it is your home.

I look forward to being part of the financing piece for your now home purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many properties should I look at?

The total number of properties you may look at will depend on several factors, such as your budget and the housing availability in your area. In general, real estate agents recommend that homebuyers look at several properties before making a decision, but there is not an exact number. Most people look at 10 homes, at a minimum, so they can compare them. However, you may find the dream house with more or fewer searches.

What is the best way to search for homes?

When it comes to the best home buying tips, there are different ways to search for properties. Statistics from the National Association of REALTORS® reveal that 51 percent of buyers searched and found their homes on the internet, while 30 percent used real estate agents. Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. A small percentage of homebuyers used newspaper advertisements and yard or open house signs to search for homes.

Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
