Richard believes that there are no ‘cookie-cutter’ home loans. Everyone’s situation is different, and one size definitely does not fit all. That’s why he believes it’s important to have options.  Just as essential, is for his clients to fully understand those options so that an informed and comfortable decision can be made on the best loan for their situation.

It’s with this in mind that Richard serves his clients. The purchase of a home is often the largest and most complex financial decision a person will make, and it’s one that is best not left to chance.  Richard’s clients praise him for being on top of his game, super responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly realistic!

Helping his clients understand the loan structure and making the process as easy as possible for his clients is always a top priority for Richard.  He’s known for his sharp focus on making the details come together to form a smooth path to a successful close.  But just as importantly he is appreciated for his innate patience, and easy-going demeanor that instinctively makes people feel comfortable around him, and willing to trust him with handling the largest financial purchase of their life.

There’s nothing worse than trying to track someone down to get answers when the clock is ticking.  Richard’s dedication means that he strives to be 100% available for his clients – even if it means as it did once, of taking a 10:30 p.m. call on the eve of his honeymoon!

On a personal note, besides protecting his client’s best interests, Richard dotes on and is fiercely protective of his fur babies, his two French Bulldogs.   He is a self-proclaimed foodie who took his passion to new levels while traveling extensively overseas during his honeymoon.
