I try to take into account and look at everything from the client’s point of view. By communicating clearly with them I hope to give them a feeling of full disclosure and in the end a perfect experience. I find immense joy spending time with my friends and family, as well as hiking, golfing and all of the other wonderful things the Northwest has to offer.

Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
