About Me

Stacey Medinas has worked in the Lending industry for nearly 34 years.  She brings a wide range of expertise from her extensive experience in operations, sales and management.  She believes that conducting business with integrity and providing Nordstrom’s VIP service to every client is critical to her success. Stacey is the third generation in her family in the Real Estate and Lending Profession. Her daily passion is drawn from those roots.


When she is not helping her clients realize their dreams of home ownership, you will find her in the gym training for her other passion which is Obstacle Course Racing, also known as Spartan Races. She is a board member of Precious Lives Foundation, a charity that raises money for victims of sex trafficking.  She is a committee member for the Placer County Association of Realtors Education Committee, a committee that helps provide ongoing education for their members. She is a committee member to the Loyola Guild of Jesuit High School.  This charity is extra special to her, as her eldest son is an alumnus of 2011 and her youngest will be the class of 2022.  They raise funds for various causes including scholarships to attend this very prestigious school. Finally, she is the Founding member and President of a BNI chapter, Capital Connectors.  Where she loves to help people grow their business and lives the “Givers Gain” philosophy.


Stacey is a proud mother of 2 sons, Jacob 26 and Jack 15.  She is the mom to 2 Daschunds Luke and Leia. Last, but far from least, her better half DJ whom she has spent the past 11 years with and looks forward to growing old together.
