About Me

As the Branch Manager of Delta Lending, Roseville, CA and having worked as Operations and Loan Product Specialist, I also continue to remain a top producer. With over fifteen years in the industry, I’ve seen many changes, been through the financial meltdown, and still love to assist all my clients, from initial introduction, to the final signing, and beyond.

My aim is to remain the ”Loan Guru,” to be able to answer all manner of questions, think outside the box, and ensure that clients are getting the absolute best loan type for their specific goals. Equally important is to ensure clients have a complete understanding of the loan process, and the steps from initial application to close. I sincerely thrive on knowledge, understanding guidelines, and have become very involved with compliance in this newly regulated industry.

I also love assisting our Veterans, and as a minimal thank you for their service, enjoy utilizing the VA loan option to get them into a home, for zero down, and minimal closing costs. There’s nothing more satisfying at the end of this type of purchase transaction than knowing I was able to assist a member of the US Military with home ownership.

We offer a variety of programs to suit all borrowers’ needs, from conventional loans, through government insured FHA, and VA loans, to Jumbo, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many properties should I look at?

The total number of properties you may look at will depend on several factors, such as your budget and the housing availability in your area. In general, real estate agents recommend that homebuyers look at several properties before making a decision, but there is not an exact number. Most people look at 10 homes, at a minimum, so they can compare them. However, you may find the dream house with more or fewer searches.

What is the best way to search for homes?

When it comes to the best home buying tips, there are different ways to search for properties. Statistics from the National Association of REALTORS® reveal that 51 percent of buyers searched and found their homes on the internet, while 30 percent used real estate agents. Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. A small percentage of homebuyers used newspaper advertisements and yard or open house signs to search for homes.

Should I get pre-approval before making an offer?

Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
