About Me
I believe integrity, transparency and education are essential to making better mortgage decisions and ultimately building wealth with real estate.
Dreams | Wealth | Knowledge
The things that light me up in life are seeing light bulbs come on, the ah ha moment – never thought of that before – others’ excitement when they reach their home ownership goals and financial dreams with my help. Advising families up and down the Front Range from Douglas County to Fremont County with their finances and their mortgage. Providing financial strategies to reach their objectives. It is a 30-year mortgage with a direction.
I’m passionate about helping smart, driven individuals build wealth with real estate. Helping other military families reach their financial dreams has a sweet ring to it. That’s why I love what I do!
I analyze and strategize the best mortgage options, so you don’t have to.
Other things I “nerd out” about:
- My family! Our military life, active children, beloved friends.
- All things wine. Learning about it, drinking it 😉, visiting vineyards.
- Being outdoors. Bask in the sun, camping, enjoying our backyard amenities.
Little-known fact
I competitively swam on our small-town swimming team for 12 years. Broke records on the high school swim team and went to state 3 years. My events were the 100M Butterfly and the 200M Individual Medley. Almost became a Husker on a swimming scholarship, but instead became a Wildcat at Kansas State University playing oboe in band and orchestra.

I was always told if you can’t say it best yourself, find someone else to say it for you…
‘Tiffany went above and beyond for my wife and I during every phase of the mortgage process. She was always there with the answers and explanations to the questions we asked, and she was always very prompt with deadlines as well as descriptive and helpful when she required us to do the next steps in the process. All in all she made the experience very informative and pleasant.’ – Jon T March 2021

Frequently Asked Questions
The total number of properties you may look at will depend on several factors, such as your budget and the housing availability in your area. In general, real estate agents recommend that homebuyers look at several properties before making a decision, but there is not an exact number. Most people look at 10 homes, at a minimum, so they can compare them. However, you may find the dream house with more or fewer searches.
When it comes to the best home buying tips, there are different ways to search for properties. Statistics from the National Association of REALTORS® reveal that 51 percent of buyers searched and found their homes on the internet, while 30 percent used real estate agents. Other ways to search for homes include asking friends, relatives, neighbors and homebuilders for help. A small percentage of homebuyers used newspaper advertisements and yard or open house signs to search for homes.
Although a pre-approval is not one of the required steps to buying a house, it can certainly help you stand out in a competitive market with many buyers. A pre-approval can show sellers that you’re serious and capable of getting a mortgage, so they may be more likely to accept your offer.
