We take the time together to go over the details of the process so that they are educated about what to expect as we proceed. The communication I have with my clients continues as they find a home and we begin the loan process. We work very close together throughout the loan process to make sure all details are well explained and all questions are answered. And finally, when we get to the close of the loan, I prepare my borrowers for their loan signing so that they know what to expect at the final signing.
