Pamela Riesenberg is the Branch Manager of Finance of America Mortgage, LLC in Salem, New Hampshire. She took on the role of building and managing the new Branch of Reliant Mortgage Company, LLC in 2009, where she was glad to be back in the community where she first started in this industry. Pamela began her career in finance in 1994 and moved into the Mortgage business in 2000. Struggling with corporate mentality and determined to make a difference, she wanted to change the way consumers were educated and guided through the home buying and refinancing process. This is when she joined Reliant Mortgage Company, LLC.
In 2013, Reliant looked to lenders that were direct with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae (FHA) to provide better rates and products to their customers. This is when her branch found PMAC Lending Services, Inc, who then found Finance of America Mortgage, LLC, a Blackstone company in 2015. As one of the largest direct lenders in the country, Finance of America Mortgage was the perfect fit for them. Finance of America’s underwriting is based off direct approval findings with very few overlays, closing loans in their own name with underwriting and processing in-house. Finance of America is able to pass these lower operating costs onto their consumers, making their rates very competitive. As manager of Finance of America's Salem, NH office, Pamela has found a place where she could do business on her terms while providing the best home buying experience to her customers.
Pamela's get-it-done attitude and proactive approach make her a favorite with homebuyers and realtors alike. Licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine Pamela continues to expand her knowledge base, having garnered many specialty certificates which allow her to help customers in their current and future financial endeavors. Pamela has been a top producer every year within her companies. Furthermore, she is licensed to teach continuing education credit courses for Realtors, educating members of the local real estate community on the world of home financing. Pam is also active in her community as an Affiliate Member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors and a board member of many non-profit organizations including the “Dream Factory,” helping raise money throughout the year for chronically and critically ill children. Today, fundraising has become second nature to her and seeing the support of the community makes it all worthwhile.
